Central Texas computer/IT service company seeking an energetic person for a full-time position answering phones, providing technical support, and other customer service responsibilities. Primary duties involve answering calls, scheduling apts., data-entry and simple project management. Additional tasks include in-house computer troubleshooting, remote support services, virus removal and software and operating system installation and updates, as well as other general computer system maintenance functions. Applicant must be able to handle light physical work such as lifting printers and climbing ladders. Applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office. Applicant must be able to handle periods of high pressure and multi-task. Hours are 35+ Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm. Must have own transportation, work well independently and be highly motivated.
